Ingredients

  • 1 cup of strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of canned mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup of crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup of white sugar
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges, pineapple, pecans, sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.

  3. Pour the fruit mixture into a 9-inch pie crust.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the pie is golden brown and set.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool before serving.
