Ingredients
- 16 oz solid-pack pumpkin
- 1 cup evaporated milk, low-fat
- 3/4 cup honey
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp rum extract
- 1 pre-made pastry , for a single 9-inch pie crust
Instructions

Combine all ingredients except pastry in a large bowl. Beat until well blended.Â

Line a 9-inch pie plate with the pastry and pour in the filling.

Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Serve.
