Frozen Strawberry-Yogurt Pie Recipe

This is a very healthy dessert that is more like a parfait than a pie.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • cup strawberries, frozen, sweetened
  • 2 cups topping, non-dairy, thawed
  • 2 graham cracker pie crusts

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, fold yogurt into whipped topping, blend well; fold in strawberries.

  2. Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm, 4 hours or overnight.

  3. Remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving and keep chilled in refrigerator.

  4. Garnish with additional whole strawberries, if desired. Store any leftover pie in freezer.
