How To Make Easy Key Lime Pie

  • cupsgraham cracker crumbs,1 packet from a box of 3 packets
  • cupsugar
  • 6tbspunsalted butter,melted
  • 3cupssweetened condensed milk
  • ½cupsour cream
  • ¾cupkey lime juice


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter well. Press mixture into an 8-inch pie plate.

  3. Bake for 7 minutes. While the crust is baking, make the filling.

  4. In a bowl, combine condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice and add to the crust.

  5. Put it back in the oven for 5 to 8 minutes until small bubbles form. Do not let the pie brown.

  6. Cool before serving.
