How To Make Crumbled Top Mince Pies

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup mincemeat
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, butter, and granulated sugar. Use your fingertips to rub the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of 4 individual pie dishes or a single pie dish.

Spoon the mincemeat evenly over the crumb base. Sprinkle with the chopped nuts if using.

In a separate bowl, combine the remaining crumb mixture with the rolled oats and brown sugar. Mix well.
