How To Make Cranberry Pie

Simple and easy, this classic cranberry pie is filled with tart cranberries tossed in orange juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg for a flaky baked dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1⅓cupswhite sugar
  • ½cupall purpose flour
  • 1tbsporange zest,grated
  • 1pinchground cinnamon
  • 1pinchground nutmeg
  • 3eggs
  • ¼cupbutter,melted
  • cupscranberries
  • 1pie crust,(9-inch), unbaked

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the sugar, flour, orange zest, cinnamon and nutmeg. Beat in the eggs. Stir in the melted butter.

  3. Fold in cranberries, then pour the mixture into the crust.

  4. Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until filling is set.

  5. Serve and enjoy.
