How To Make Cinnamon Pie

This cinnamon pie has a thin layer of filling that’s soft and loaded with a rich medley of spiced flavors! An easy recipe that’s prepped in just 15 minutes.

  • 1cupwhite sugar
  • tbspall purpose flour
  • 1tspground cinnamon
  • 1pinchsalt
  • 1egg,beaten
  • 2tbspbutter,melted
  • 1tspvanilla extract
  • cupsmilk
  • 1pie crust,(10 inch), unbaked


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Add the beaten egg, butter, and vanilla. Mix well and add the milk.

  3. Pour mixture into an unbaked 10 inch pie crust arranged on glass pie plate.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees F and bake for an additional 45 minutes.

  5. Let cool and serve. Enjoy!
