Ingredients
- 3 lb leftover chicken meat
- ¼ cup peas
- ¼ cup carrots
- ¼ cup green beans
- ¼ cup potatoes, chopped
- ¼ cup onion, chopped
- 1 jar ready-made chicken gravy
- 1 pack bisquick biscuit mix
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients with enough gravy and put in a casserole dish.
- Make the Bisquick biscuit recipe but leave it in one piece and roll out to about ¼ inch thick. Put on top of the casserole dish.Â
- Mark the biscuit all the way through in 2 or 3 places and put it in the oven at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes.
