Bisquick Chicken Pot Pie Recipe

Clear your pantry and fridge of that leftover meat. Make this flavorful chicken pot pie in just under an hour for the whole family to enjoy.

How To Make Chicken Pot Pie

  • 3 lb leftover chicken meat
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 1/4 cup carrots
  • 1/4 cup green beans
  • 1/4 cup potatoes (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
  • 1 jar ready-made chicken gravy
  • 1 pkg bisquick biscuit mix
  1. Mix the ingredients with enough gravy and put in a casserole dish.
  2. Make the Bisquick biscuit recipe but leave it in one piece and pat/roll out to about 1/4 inch thick. Put on top of the casserole dish.
  3. Mark the biscuit all the way through in 2 or 3 places and put in the oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
  4. Variation: When you make the biscuit recipe, you can add about 1/3 cup of shredded cheese for some added cheesy flavor.
