Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- ½ cup Bisquick mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
- ⅓ cup butter
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, use a mixer to blend until smooth.
- Pour into a buttered pie plate.

Place in a 350-degree F oven for 50 minutes until golden brown on top.
- Remove, cool and slice.
