A simple recipe for buttermilk pie made even easier! Our take on the tasty dessert pie makes use of Bisquick mix to cut the total time in creating a pie in half!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • ½ cup Bisquick mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
  • cup butter

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, use a mixer to blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a buttered pie plate.
  3. Place in a 350-degree F oven for 50 minutes until golden brown on top.

  4. Remove, cool and slice.
