Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed berries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Gently toss until well coated.

  3. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.

  4. Pour the berry mixture into the pie crust, spreading it evenly.

  5. Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.

  6. Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
