How To Make Broccoli Squares

You won’t have any trouble consuming veggies if they’re as good as these broccoli squares. Pastries are baked with a broccoli and cream cheese topping.

  • 16ozcrescent roll dough,refrigerated
  • 16ozcream cheese,softened
  • 1cupmayonnaise
  • 1ozdry ranch style dressing mix
  • 1head fresh broccoli,chopped
  • 3roma plum tomatoes,chopped
  • 1cupcheddar cheese,shredded


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a medium baking sheet.

  2. Arrange the dinner roll dough in 4 rectangles on the baking sheet.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.

  4. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise and dry ranch-style dressing mix. Spread evenly on the crescent rolls. Sprinkle with broccoli and tomatoes. Top with Cheddar cheese and serve.
