How To Make Blueberry Pie Bars
These blueberry pie bars are packed with a juicy blueberry filling and a soft buttery crust. It’s a sweet and easy-to-make dessert for your next teatime!

Ingredients
- ¾cupbutter,(1½ sticks), softened
- 1½cupgranulated sugar
- ¾tspsalt
- 3eggs
- 1tspvanilla
- 2¼cupflour
- 21ozblueberry pie filling,(1 can)
For Glaze:
- ½cuppowdered sugar
- ¼tspvanilla
- 2tbspheavy whipping cream,or milk
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Cream the butter, sugar, and salt for about 3 minutes, until light and fluffy.

Mix in one egg at a time until combined. Mix in the vanilla, then the flour.

Reserve 1 heaping cup of the dough, then set aside.

Place the remaining dough evenly in the greased pan. Spread the pie filling over the dough, then then drop spoonfuls of the reserved dough on top.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden. Let cool completely.
Glaze:

Whisk the powdered sugar, vanilla, and heavy whipping cream together, adding 1 tablespoon of milk at a time until the desired consistency is reached.

Drizzle over the cooled bars, cut, then serve!
