How To Make Blackberry & apple pasties

  • 2 cups blackberries
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 package store-bought pie crust


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine the blackberries, apples, sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon.

  3. Roll out the pie crust and cut into circles.

  4. Place a spoonful of the blackberry and apple mixture onto one half of each circle.

  5. Fold the other half of the circle over the filling and press the edges to seal.

  6. Place the pasties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
