How To Make 3-Ingredient Low-Fat Graham Cracker Crust
This recipe is a lite take on the classic graham cracker crust! Skip the store-bought version and whip up your own easy-to-make crust for cakes and more.

Ingredients
- 3½ozgraham crackers,6 sheets, gluten-free
- 2tbspraw sugar
- 3tbspwhipped butter,cold
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Place the graham crackers, sugar, and whipped butter into a food processor, then pulse a few times. Add 1 tablespoon of water, then pulse a few more times until it has a texture of coarse meal.

Press the mix into an 8-inch pie dish, making the crust about ⅛-inch thick evenly all around and up the sides.

Refrigerate the crust for 30 minutes.

Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden.

Remove from the oven and let the crust cool on a wire rack.
