
How To Make Fried Rice with Ham

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the diced ham and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly browned.

Add the carrots, red bell pepper, peas, and minced garlic, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Push the ham and vegetables to one side of the pan and add the cooked rice to the other side. Break up any clumps of rice with a spatula and cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.

Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to the pan. Stir to combine the sauce with the rice and vegetables.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.

Remove from heat and stir in the thinly sliced green onions.
