How To Make Chinese Cabbage Pancakes Recipe

These crispy pancakes are made with Chinese cabbage and make a perfect appetizer or side dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Chinese cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the cabbage, flour, water, vegetable oil and salt until a dough forms.
  2. Divide the dough into 8 balls and flatten each one into a pancake shape.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
