  • 8 oz rice vermicelli noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice vermicelli noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add sliced onion, julienned carrots, and sliced red bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.

  4. Add cooked rice vermicelli noodles to the skillet or wok. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well to coat the noodles and vegetables.

  5. Add bean sprouts and chopped green onions. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
