How To Make Chinese-Style Kale Stir-Fry

Who says vegetarians don’t get to enjoy savory meals? A taste of these authentic vegetarian recipes will make you change your mind. So, you just might want to go vegetarian after your first bite.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale, washed and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for a minute until fragrant.

  3. Add chopped kale to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly wilted.

  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil together.

  5. Pour the sauce over the kale and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the kale is tender.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Serve hot as a side dish or with steamed rice.
