  • 8 cups of chicken broth
  • 4 cups of chopped Chinese cabbage
  • 1 cup of sliced carrots
  • 1 cup of sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 1 tsp of grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.

  2. Add Chinese cabbage, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger.

  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
