How To Make Chinese Cabbage Noodle Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 cups of chicken broth
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 1 tsp of grated ginger
  • 4 oz of shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 oz of Chinese egg noodles
  • 4 cups of chopped Chinese cabbage
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring chicken broth, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger to a boil.

  2. Add sliced shiitake mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.

  3. Add Chinese egg noodles and cook for 2 minutes.

  4. Add chopped Chinese cabbage and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until tender.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve hot with sliced green onions for garnish.
