How To Make Chinese Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed, then sauté the garlic until fragrant.

  4. Push the garlic to one side of the skillet and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until cooked.

  5. Add the cooked rice, mixed vegetables, cooked chicken, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until heated through.

  6. Sprinkle chopped green onions over the fried rice.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
