- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
