Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup of cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Cut a slit in the thickest part of each chicken breast, creating a pocket for the stuffing.

  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach and feta mixture.

  5. Secure the opening with a toothpick.

  6. Season each chicken breast with salt and pepper.

  7. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish.

  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

  9. Remove toothpicks and serve hot.
