  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of dried oregano
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, dried oregano, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the oregano mixture over them. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated.

  4. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
