  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cider vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  2. Place chicken breasts in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  3. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  4. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the excess marinade.

  5. Cook the chicken on the grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.

  6. Remove from grill and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
