- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
-
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
-
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
-
Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
-
In the same skillet, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Saute until onions are translucent and garlic is fragrant.

Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2 minutes to reduce the broth slightly.
-
Add the heavy cream and Gorgonzola cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
-
Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and coat them with the sauce. Cook for an additional 5-8 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
-
Serve the chicken Gorgonzola over cooked pasta or with a side of vegetables. Garnish with fresh parsley.
