  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp of blackening seasoning
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp of dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp of dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, combine the blackening seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Rub both sides of the chicken breasts with olive oil.

  4. Sprinkle the blackening seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, pressing gently to adhere.

  5. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overlapping.

  6. Cook the chicken in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  7. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
