How To Make Sizzling Steak Fajitas

It’s hard to believe that there’s no meat in these steak fajitas made with veggie steak strips and filled with a mix of fresh veggies & fat-free sour cream.

Ingredients

  • 2cupsveggie steak strips,(morningstar farms meal starters)
  • 2tspvegetable oil
  • 2cupsfajita vegetable mix
  • 1tbsplemon juice,or lime juice
  • 4flour tortillas
  • salsa
  • sour cream,fat free
  • monterey jack cheese,shredded

Instructions

  1. In large nonstick frying pan coated with cooking spray, cook and stir steak strips over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until hot. Remove from frying pan.

  2. Add oil to frying pan. Add vegetables.

  3. Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in steak strips.

  4. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

  5. Spoon onto tortillas. Wrap up.

  6. Serve immediately with salsa, sour cream, and/or cheese.
