  • 1 lb boneless pork chops or loin, cut into strips
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 flour tortillas (10


  1. Heat 2 tsp. oil in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add pork; cook and stir until browned.
  3. Stir in onion and peppers; cook and stir until pork is cooked through and peppers are crisp-tender.
  4. Stir in BBQ sauce into pork mixture. Reduce heat; cook until thoroughly heated.
  5. Divide mixture equally among tortillas; roll up.
