Ingredients

  • Flatout Flatbread,1 package, regular or light

For Spinach Artichoke Filling:

  • 8ozcream cheese,1 package, softened
  • ¼cupmayonnaise
  • ¼cupsour cream
  • ¼cupparmesan cheese,shredded
  • dry vegetable soup mix,1 packet
  • ¼cuppimentos,diced and drained
  • 3green onions,chopped
  • 10ozfrozen spinach,1 package, chopped, thawed, drained, squeezed dry
  • 14ozartichoke hearts,1 can, water packed

Instructions

  1. With a mixer on medium speed, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream until fluffy.

  2. Stir in the parmesan cheese, soup mix, pimentos, green onions, spinach, and artichoke hearts.

  3. Divide the filling equally over 6 Flatout flatbreads, then spread evenly, leaving a 1-inch border.

  4. Gently roll each flatbread, jelly roll style.

  5. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap, then refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

  6. Once chilled, cut each roll into 6 slices.

  7. Serve, and enjoy!
