How To Make Homemade Dan Bing (Taiwanese Egg Crepe)

Have a Taiwanese dan bing for breakfast to start your day right! This easy-to-make tortilla egg crepe comes filled with fried bacon and corn kernels.

Preparation: 2 minutes
Cooking: 5 minutes
Total: 7 minutes



  • 1slicebacon
  • 1egg,beaten
  • 1corn tortilla,6-inch
  • ¼cupsweet corn kernels
  • 1tbspsmooth salsa


  1. Fry the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat. Set aside.

  2. Reduce the heat to medium, then pour the egg into the skillet, and sprinkle with corn.

  3. Cook for less than 10 seconds.

  4. Lay the tortilla over the whole egg.

  5. After the egg is firm and attached to the tortilla, flip over, and lay the bacon on top.

  6. Put the salsa over the bacon, then wrap the tortilla.

  7. Remove from the skillet, then cut into small pieces.

  8. Serve warm, and enjoy!
