How To Make Ham and Hash Brown Breakfast Wraps

These easy and loaded breakfast wraps are packed with ham, hash browns, spinach and cheddar cheese, with honey mustard sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1pkgFlatout flatbreads
  • 1tbspolive oil
  • 1pkgfrozen Homestyle Hash Browns,about 32oz, or Diced Hash Browns
  • ½red bell pepper,diced
  • seasoning salt,to taste
  • 6ozham,thinly sliced
  • 1⅓cupscheddar cheese
  • 1cupfresh spinach,optional

For Honey Mustard Sauce:

  • cupmayonnaise
  • 1tbsphoney
  • 2tspyellow mustard

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add hash browns and red pepper and season to taste with seasoning salt. Cook until softened and lightly browned. Cool completely.

  2. Combine honey mustard ingredients in a small bowl.

  3. Lay out 6 Flatout wraps. Spread honey mustard on the bottom ⅓ of the wrap.

  4. Top with spinach, 1 oz of ham, ½ cup of hash browns, and cheddar cheese. Roll tightly.

  5. Roll each wrap in plastic wrap and label. Place rolls in a freezer bag.

  6. To serve, heat on 75% power for 90 seconds or until defrosted and heated through. Or place hash brown wrap in the refrigerator overnight to pack in a lunch box. No heating required.
