  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/2 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.

  2. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.

  3. Stir in the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, until the flavors are well combined.

  4. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or in the microwave.

  5. Divide the sloppy joe filling evenly among the tortillas. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

  6. Roll up the tortillas, tucking in the sides as you go.

  7. Serve the Sloppy Joe Burritos warm and enjoy!
