How To Make Salmon Noodle Wraps
If you’re out and about and need an easy meal to take with you, then go for some wraps to suit your on-the-go lifestyle. Make use of these wrap recipes for something easy to assemble! Don’t worry, these don’t skimp on taste or flavor. Nothing more to say? Well then, it’s a wrap!

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 200g thin rice noodles
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, cabbage), thinly sliced
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions

Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the salmon fillets. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.

Remove the salmon from the skillet and let it cool slightly. Then, shred it into small pieces.

In the same skillet, add the mixed vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly softened.

Add the cooked rice noodles and shredded salmon to the skillet. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the noodles and stir well to combine.

To assemble the wraps, place a lettuce leaf on a flat surface. Spoon some of the noodle and salmon mixture onto the lettuce leaf. Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds (if desired).

Roll the lettuce leaf tightly to form a wrap. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
