How To Make Chorizo and Egg White Breakfast Burrito
This hearty breakfast burrito is full of savory chorizo and creamy eggs. Whip up this Mexican-inspired favorite in just a few minutes!

Ingredients
- 2ozchorizo
- 1tbspred wine vinegar
- 3large egg whites
- 1large egg
- salt and pepper
- 2whole wheat wraps,high fiber low carb
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the egg whites, egg, salt, and pepper, then whisk well.

Heat a medium sauté pan on medium heat.

Add the chorizo, then cook for 1 minute on each side until slightly browned.

Add the vinegar, then cook another 1 minute to reduce.

Add the eggs to the pan, then scramble until cooked, stirring often.
