- 2ozchorizo
- 1tbspred wine vinegar
- 3large egg whites
- 1large egg
- salt and pepper
- 2whole wheat wraps,high fiber low carb
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the egg whites, egg, salt, and pepper, then whisk well.

Heat a medium sauté pan on medium heat.

Add the chorizo, then cook for 1 minute on each side until slightly browned.
