- 12ozMexican chorizo,crumbled
- 1medium onion,chopped
- 2large potatoes,peeled and cut into small cubes
- ¼cupwater
- 1clovegarlic,crushed
- 8flour tortillas,warmed
Instructions

Combine chorizo and onion in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir for about 5 minutes until the onion is soft.

Add potatoes, water, and garlic. Stir well. Cover and reduce heat to medium-low.
