- ½cupGreek yogurtplain fat free
- ¼cupmayonnaisefull fat
- 2tspfresh lemon juice
- 2tbspgreen onionsthinly sliced
- 1tbspparsleyminced
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3cupschicken breastdiced cooked and chilled
- 6slicesbaconcooked and chopped
- 1½cupsgrape tomatoeshalved
- ½cupcelerydiced
- 1medium avocadofairly firm but ripe, diced
- Romaine lettuce leavesfor serving
Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, green onions, parsley.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the chicken, bacon, tomatoes and celery to a large mixing bowl.

Add in the dressing mixture, then toss to coat.

Gently toss in the avocado.
