Ingredients

  • 4Flatout flatbreads,light
  • 1avocado,peeled, pitted
  • ½tbsplemon juice
  • cupGreek yogurt,fat free
  • cuplight ranch dressing
  • 1tbspfresh dill
  • 1tbspfresh parsley
  • salt and pepper,to taste
  • 2cupschicken,cooked
  • 1cupcelery,diced

Optional:

  • lettuce
  • tomato,slices

Instructions

  1. Place the avocado and lemon juice in a bowl, then mash until almost smooth.

  2. Stir in the yogurt, dressing, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add the chicken and celery, then mix well.

To Assemble:

  1. Place one light Flatout flatbread on a flat surface.

  2. Top with the lettuce and tomato.

  3. Add the chicken mixture, then roll the wrap snugly.

  4. Slice in half, serve, and enjoy!
