How To Make Avocado Ranch Chicken Salad Wrap

Keep yourself full for the rest of the afternoon by having this loaded chicken salad wrap for lunch! Whip this up easily for a no-fuss filling meal.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4Flatout flatbreads,light
  • 1avocado,peeled, pitted
  • ½tbsplemon juice
  • cupGreek yogurt,fat free
  • cuplight ranch dressing
  • 1tbspfresh dill
  • 1tbspfresh parsley
  • salt and pepper,to taste
  • 2cupschicken,cooked
  • 1cupcelery,diced

Optional:

  • lettuce
  • tomato,slices

Instructions

  1. Place the avocado and lemon juice in a bowl, then mash until almost smooth.

  2. Stir in the yogurt, dressing, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add the chicken and celery, then mix well.

To Assemble:

  1. Place one light Flatout flatbread on a flat surface.

  2. Top with the lettuce and tomato.

  3. Add the chicken mixture, then roll the wrap snugly.

  4. Slice in half, serve, and enjoy!
