- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
-
In a small bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.

In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
-
In the same pan, add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until slightly tender.
-
Return the chicken to the pan with the vegetables. Pour the teriyaki sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
-
In a separate small bowl, mix water and cornstarch until dissolved. Pour the cornstarch mixture into the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
-
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
-
Serve the Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry over cooked rice or noodles.
