How To Make Spicy Thai Basil Chicken (Pad Krapow Gai)

Ingredients
- 500g boneless chicken, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Thai chilies, sliced
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and Thai chilies and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the sliced chicken and cook until it turns white and is no longer pink inside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar.

Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the chicken is coated and cooked through.

Add the fresh basil leaves and sliced red bell pepper to the skillet and stir-fry for another minute until the basil leaves wilt.
