How To Make Liver & Red Pepper Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb liver, sliced
  • 2 red bell peppers, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Add garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add liver and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.

  4. Add red bell peppers and cook for another 2 minutes.

  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper.

  6. Pour the sauce over the liver and peppers, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
