
How To Make Stir-Fried Sesame Ginger Bok Choy
Enjoy a savory Chinese classic with this stir-fried bok choy dish mixed in sesame oil, soy sauce, and ginger. It’s umami-rich and best served with rice.

- 1tbspvegetable oil
- 2clovesgarlic,crushed and chopped
- 1tspginger,fresh
- 8headsbaby bok choy
- 1tspsesame oil
- 1tbspsoy sauce
- 1tbspwater
- ¼tspchili flakes
- sesame seeds,for garnish
Instructions

Combine sesame oil, soy sauce, water and chili flakes in a small bowl. Set aside.

Heat the oil in a large skillet and cook the garlic and ginger until fragrant for about 1 to 2 minutes.

Mix in the whites of the bok choy and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add soy sauce mixture and leaves and cook 2 minutes more or until heated through and leaves are gently wilted.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
