How To Make Stir-Fry Pork with Ginger Recipe

Ingredients
- 500g pork, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- ¼ cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, and cornstarch with water. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the sliced bell pepper and onion. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.

Return the cooked pork to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the pork and vegetables.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
