Ingredients

  • 500g pork, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ¼ cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, and cornstarch with water. Set aside.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  3. Add the sliced pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

  5. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell pepper and onion. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.

  6. Return the cooked pork to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the pork and vegetables.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Serve the Stir-Fry Pork with Ginger hot with steamed rice.
