  • 4pork chops,boneless, sliced into 2″ thin strips
  • 2tspcorn starch
  • tbspsoy sauce,or GF soy sauce


  • tbspsoy sauce,or GF soy sauce, divided
  • ½lime
  • ½tsphoney
  • 1tspsesame oil,toasted
  • 2tsprice vinegar
  • 2tspsriracha

Stir Fry:

  • 2tspoil
  • 2tspginger,grated
  • 3garlic cloves,crushed
  • 4ozsnow peas
  • 1cupshiitake mushrooms,sliced
  • ½red bell pepper,sliced
  • ½yellow bell pepper,sliced


  1. Place the pork in a bowl and toss with corn starch and 1½ tablespoons of soy sauce. Set aside.

  2. In a small bowl combine the remaining soy sauce, lime juice, honey, sesame oil, vinegar, and sriracha. Mix well and set aside.

  3. Heat a large nonstick wok or saute pan on high heat, add 1 teaspoon of oil and pork and cook for about 6 to 7 minutes until browned, turning as it cooks. Set aside on a dish.

  4. Add the remaining oil, ginger, garlic, snow peas, mushroom, and bell pepper; stir and pour the sauce over the vegetables. Cook on low heat for 2 minutes.

  5. Return the pork to the wok, stir and serve topped with scallions in 4 dishes.
