Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

  3. Add chicken pieces and stir-fry until cooked through.

  4. Add broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn bright green.

  5. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper.

  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli. Stir well to coat.

  7. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

  8. Serve the stir-fried chicken and broccoli over cooked brown rice.
