How To Make Spiced Singapore Noodles with Cauliflower, Chicken & Prawns

Ingredients
- 200g rice noodles
- 1 cauliflower, cut into florets
- 200g chicken breast, sliced
- 200g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions

Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the garlic and chili, and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the chicken and prawns, and cook until they are no longer pink, about 5 minutes.

Add the cauliflower, turmeric powder, and curry powder. Stir fry for another 5 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender.

Add the cooked rice noodles to the pan, followed by the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Season with salt to taste.

Serve the Spiced Singapore Noodles hot, garnished with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
