How To Make Quick Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups of mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp of ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp of cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.

  4. Add chicken slices to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

  5. Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they are crisp-tender.

  6. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables and stir well to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Serve the stir fry hot with steamed rice or noodles.
