How To Make Hibachi-Style Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat butter and sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and diced onion, sauté until golden and fragrant.

Push the garlic and onion to one side of the skillet, then pour beaten eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.

Add cooked chicken, shrimp, and mixed vegetables to the skillet. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Add cooked rice to the skillet and stir well to combine with the other ingredients.

Pour soy sauce over the rice and stir fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring the rice is evenly coated.
