Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook until browned and fully cooked.

Add onions and garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

Stir in shredded cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger powder, and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 5 minutes, until vegetables are slightly softened.

Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
