  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook until browned and fully cooked.

  2. Add onions and garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

  3. Stir in shredded cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger powder, and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 5 minutes, until vegetables are slightly softened.

  4. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
