
How To Make Easy Ramen Stir Fry
This quick and easy ramen stir fry is packed with flavors and easy on the pocket. Dig into noodles seasoned with sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and hoisin sauce.

Ingredients
For Sauce:
- ¼cuphoisin sauce
- ¼cupwater
- 1tbspsoy saucelow sodium
- 1½tspcornstarch
- ½tspsesame oil
- ¼tspred pepper flakes
- salt & black pepperto taste
For Stir Fry:
- 6ozramen noodles(2 packages) discard flavor packet
- 1cupcabbagesliced
- 2tspoil
- 4cupsvegetablessliced (A combination of bell peppers, carrots, snap peas and bean sprouts)
- 2garlic clovesminced
- ½tspfresh gingergrated
Instructions

Whisk sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil and stir in ramen. Cook for 3 minutes and drain. Reserve 1 cup of the pasta water.

Cook vegetables in a skillet for about 3 to 4 minutes or until tender-crisp.

Add ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute more.

Add sauce and simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes until sauce thickens.

Stir in noodles. Add pasta water a little at a time to reach desired consistency.
